In case you didn’t know-
Spraying disinfectant and immediately wiping it off does not automatically mean you disinfected the surface.

The area must remain wet the entire time for the product to actually do what it’s meant to.

Dwell time to sanitize is usually about 60 seconds with the surface remaining wet.

Dwell time to disinfect is typically between 3 to 10 minutes with the surface wet.

Clean- removes dirt & germs
Sanitize- reduces bacteria
Disinfect- kills bacteria & viruses

My office today. 🍂💻❤️

Between talking with the Only Maids Podcast host and our weekly County Cleaner Connection planning meeting, I’m feeling extra grateful today.

I get to serve and grow alongside genuine women who are out there building legacies and creating freedom. ❤️

The years of hard work in the cleaning industry opened a new chapter for me and today, I get to take it all in with this beautiful fall view🤎The County Cleaner Connection Moppin’ Mamas

So many good nuggets in this hot topics panel discussion 🔥🔥🔥

The Only Maids hot topic was toxic girl boss culture, and the conversation about cliques, competition, and energy stuck with me.

A special shoutout to our guest host, Darlene Jeffers, for helping guide this honest conversation! ❤️

For me? I feel energy. I don’t even have to be in the room. It can come through in an exchange, how someone responds, or how they treat the people around them.

When Autumn mentioned energy and how meeting someone can change the game, it connected with that gap between how someone presents themselves and how they actually show up.

And Tara’s point about cliquiness and competition matters. “Women supporting women” starts to feel pretty empty when someone walks away feeling small, excluded, or less than.

Building a business takes courage. Putting yourself out there takes courage. Nobody should have to earn a place in the “cool girls” circle to be treated with respect.

But this conversation also calls for looking at ourselves. Do our actions match our message? Are we making room for someone new? What energy are WE bringing?

I want the support I talk about to be something people actually feel when they connect with me. ❤️

Have you ever felt that disconnect between someone’s message and their energy?

Looking for a cleaner in your area? 🧼✨

That’s exactly why we created the County Cleaner Connection Directory.

Instead of scrolling through endless posts, wondering who serves your area, or trying to piece together business information, our goal is to make it easier to find professional independent cleaners by county.

Here’s how it works:

🔎 Search by county
🧽 Browse local cleaning businesses
📋 Compare services and business information
💬 Contact the cleaner directly

The County Cleaner Connection is not one cleaning company. We’re building a network of independent cleaning businesses, local chapters, and community-minded professionals who believe in collaboration over competition.

As our directory continues to grow, so will the number of counties, businesses, and resources available to the public.

Because finding a cleaner should feel a little easier — and local businesses deserve to be easier to find. 💛

Local connections. Trusted cleaners. Stronger communities.
