Unfortunately after not being paid for a house after it was completed last night, i will be requiring a deposit of at least half of your total owed before i will even show up to your house. Im sorry for the inconvenience, and im sorry that i even have to do this, but some people just aren't trust worthy.

Due to an increase in my clientele, I am making a slight adjustment to my original policy statement. All pricing for individual residences will be based on the square footage provided by Google for the address provided. No exceptions can be made on this. Thank you!

Over 2500 sqft is additional charge to be discussed and determined by me.
