Happy holidays from our family to yours!!! Hard to believe this is my fifth year of Christmas ads and next year will be my sixth year in buisiness!! Thank you to all the customers that have made this happen and again happy holidays!!!

First and foremost, this is not a post about someone going out on their own and chasing their dream! Heck, I did that six years ago starting from the ground up working seven days a week and thanks to my great customers Colins Pest Control is what it is today! I'm all about someone working their butt off for your customer base and making a successful business! This post is simply answering questions that i have been fielding for the past two weeks! I have told people i would comment when the time was right. The first question was "do you know your employee is posting on Facebook promoting his own company while still working for you?" The answer to that is many people brought it to my attention and the employee and i had a gentleman's agreement that when and if he was to go out on his own he would not solicit my customers so you can make your own assumptions on how that was followed! Second question "You are still allowing him to work for you while he is promoting his own company?" I did have a conversation with him that i was angry about the way he doing this and he said "well i apologize i probably shouldn't have done that!" Two days later while still working for me a post was put on with his new company truck at that time i asked him to turn in his car. Third and most important question "Do you know people think you are no longer doing pest control because of that post?" I want to ensure you that Colin's Pest Control isn't going anywhere! I also learned that many customer's have not been happy with the way they were serviced i promise the company will get back to the service you hired me for! And that all being said i have enlisted the help of a gentleman i have known as a good friend for eleven years who has twenty plus years of pest control experience he will be helping me with my current customer's and I know he will be loved!
