Today the kids and I traded our normal routine for muddy shoes, rocky trails, and cave adventures at Maquoketa Caves!

There’s just something special about watching kids put down the screens, explore the outdoors, squeeze through caves, climb over rocks, and make memories together. ❤️

We are coming home dirty, tired, and full of stories—which means it was a successful field trip day in my book. 🙌

While they’re out there slinging clean and taking care of our amazing clients, I’m taking a day away from the business and heading out on a field trip adventure with the kids to Maquoketa Caves.

One of the best parts of building a great team is knowing things keep running smoothly even when I step away for a day.🙌

While the girls are out there slinging clean and making homes sparkle today, I’ve been busy restocking all the goodies for our newest clients. ❤️
