Fun fact! Any ceramic coating we install is typically covered under your vehicles insurance policy if you were in an accident and body work is completed, they will cover the cost to have the ceramic coating reinstalled on the repaired panels!
This Chevy truck had a bedside replaced, we polished the affected bedside, ceramic coated it, and then used a ceramic primer polish to revamp the 1 year old coating on the original panels by removing water spots and the light marring from improper washing. The primer polish allowed us to make a seamless unnoticeable blend between new and old coating.

Compounded, polished and waxed.
This truck has previously seen two other detailers in its life, and it had its fair share of defects and poor craftsmanship. A sloppy and poor application of a ceramic coating (see the picture of the fog light trim and various other places) prompted the owner to bring it to another guy for the coating to be removed. The second guy didn’t remove it all and left a lot of intricate areas behind along with lots of rotary holograms. A fun and challenging two day project!

The last of the 4 car group to come thru the shop sure was the toughest one!

Lots of water spotting, acid didn’t touch them but did remove all the minerals so when I compound the paint the minerals didn’t get forced deeper into the clear coat and resurface down the road underneath the coating

It’s a daily driver so it’s seen it’s fair share of road debris and wear and tear.

I ended up compounding the entire vehicle and finish polishing it. About 93% of all defects were removed.

Topped off with Apex Surface Protection Metal Oxide coating and Wheel Coat rated for 3+ years of daily driven conditions!

Ram 2500-
Ceramic coating maintenance wash
Dog scratch removal on driver door.
As compounding and polishing the scratches out of the door it removes the coating.
To blend the looks, gloss, and the hydrophobics of the freshly coated door the rest of the paint was polished lightly with a ceramic based primer polish, then the paint work was recoated with the coating previously put on.
