Hello everyone, and welcome back to another money draining pool season.
Have you thought about changing over to variable speed pumps to cut down on your energy usage, or implementing timers? It can save you nearly $1000 a year. Pool not pushing water as efficient as before? Jets looking weak, water kinda cloudy, and taking more chemicals than usual? Filter service may be needed. Cartridge cleaning every 2 to 3 months is recommended, or sand changes every 3 to 4 years, depending on your filtration set up. Or maybe you'd like to talk on your upgrade options. No questions or inquiries are too small or ever go unanswered.

Hello everyone. Opening, allergy and chemical adjustment season is upon us!!!
Basic chemicals every pool owner should have
A sanitizer-chlorine tablets, salt systems, mineral or liquid shock and stabilizer(dont recommend that one.)
Sodium bicarbonate (yes baking soda) I do not fall for the $60 a bucket crap you get at pool places because "there's so much filler in regular baking soda" Well it's fine to cook with so...
Muratic Acid (acid is always so scary to people) ph can sometimes get out of hand with inner and outside containment this will help adjust.
Cal-hypo Shock (powder is easier to measure) i do not use shock often but I do recommend customers to shock pool monthly at night and biweekly in the hot months.
Seems like quite a list.

Pool companies charge $5 a chlorine tablet and $7 a lb of shock which always will use 2 minimum of both per visit (yeah you know who you are).30 a lb for baking soda.
