You Have it Maid offers 4 different types of standard cleaning

services:

- Residential Deep Clean
This is normally done one to two times per year at the customer’s request and covers a deep home cleaning from top to bottom as follows:
o All carpets vacuumed (customer must provide vacuum for sanitary reasons)
o All hardwood floors swept, vacuumed and mopped with Eco-Friendly cleaners
o All bathrooms cleaned and sanitized
o All furniture dusted and cleaned
o All mirrors cleaned
o All light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted and cleaned
o All appliances cleaned inside and outside
o All countertops and sinks cleaned
o Dusting/Cleaning of all:
♣ Picture frames
♣ Knickknacks
♣ Shelves
♣ Baseboards
♣ Stair railings
o All doors and door handles cleaned
o All windows inside and outside (if reachable) cleaned
o All light switches cleaned
o All televisions, cable equipment and other electronics dusted and cleaned

- Residential Maintenance Clean
This is normally done after a Residential Deep Clean in accordance with a schedule set by the customer (normally every 2 weeks) and covers the following:
o All carpets vacuumed (customer must provide vacuum for sanitary reasons)
o All hardwood floors swept, vacuumed and mopped with Eco-Friendly cleaners
o All bathrooms cleaned and sanitized
o All mirrors cleaned
o All appliances cleaned on the outside
o All countertops and sinks cleaned
o Dusting of:
♣ All furniture
♣ All light fixtures and ceiling fans
♣ Picture frames
♣ Knickknacks
♣ Shelves
♣ Baseboards
♣ Stair railings
♣ TV’s and electronics


- Rental Property Turnovers
To ensure that your new renter will walk in to a clean and sanitized home leave it to us to cover everything in the Residential Maintenance Clean plus the following:
o Empty refrigerator
o Empty all trash
o Change linens
o Check and clean outdoor grill
o Inspect for any damage done by previous renters
