Today, we remember the 2,977 lives lost 25 years ago on September 11, 2001, and honor our heroes who put themselves in harm's way for the sake of others.

An entire generation is coming of age, not knowing what it felt like to wake up on this day and watch the tragedy unfold before their eyes. It is our job to help them understand. Take nothing for granted.

From a family owned business of retired fireman and veterans, we thank all first responders, military personnel, and healthcare workers today. They are the real heroes of our society. Never forget. #9/11
