It’s been the busiest year we’ve ever had so far with bat calls. Lots over wintered here this is the 3rd Colony I could see this week we have a bunch others that we can’t see. A client called reporting a bad odor and upon a crawl space inspection we located a dead skunk! It was stinking times 2! We removed it deodorized and disinfected the area.

Had some clients reach out about noise in the attic. After an inspection I informed them it was rats. They were not convinced. I set up the camera and boom rats. We removed a couple advised a poison program and we will seal the home up in a couple weeks.

The groundhogs are starting to get active!!!!

We excluded these flying squirrels they have been very persistent trying to gain new access. We proofed this house really well before placing the excluders.
