Today we had the opportunity to detail this 2020 Ford Explorer for Cabell County 911 & Emergency Management. Full interior and exterior maintenance clean to keep it looking professional and road-ready.

As the weather starts to cooperate, appointments are coming for the 2026 detail season!

Just a quick heads-up as we get into the busy time:

We completely understand that things come up, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we have a fair chance to fill that spot.

Although you 100% can pay in advance, we don’t require deposits to book. We simply run on trust and good communication to keep things moving smoothly. That said, any last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it tough on a small business. In the event of such, any future bookings after a late cancel or no-show will require full prepayment through Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.

We appreciate you guys working with us and helping keep things running strong this season 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

The weather is finally teasing us with some warm days ☀️

While our booking site is taking a little winter nap until summer, we’re still accepting detail requests the old-fashioned way — send us a message!

Mother Nature can’t make up her mind so we’re scheduling on a case-by-case basis and jumping on those warm days when they show up. If you see sunshine… that’s your sign 👀

Our schedules are tight (full-time jobs, one of us runs on midnight shift mode, and yes — kids keep us busy), but we will absolutely do our best to fit you in.

Winter defrosting tips!

The "No-Scrape" Glass Hack 🧊

🚫 Tired of hacking away at your windshield in 20-degree weather? Detailers use chemistry, not elbow grease, to keep glass scratch-free.

The Magic Spray Recipe:
2 Parts Isopropyl Alcohol (70% or higher)
1 Part Water
1 Drop Dish Soap (optional)

Why it works: Alcohol has a freezing point of -128°F, meaning it melts ice instantly without the need for a jagged plastic scraper that can trap grit and scratch your glass. The alcohol melts the ice, the Water keeps the solution from evaporating too fast, and the Dish Soap acts as a lubricant to prevent scratches from any leftover road salt. It’s the perfect science-backed winter cocktail for your car! 🍹❄️

Pro Tips: Lower your sun visors!! Flip them down while your defroster is on—it traps the warm air against the glass for a 2x faster melt!

💨Avoid the "Hot Water" trap: Never pour hot water on a cold windshield. The thermal shock can cause tiny chips to turn into giant cracks instantly.

❌Wiper Prep: Lift your wipers at night so they don't freeze to the glass, saving your wiper motor from burning out.

The fearful winter salt has not even begun to start, but Jake & I are getting closer to getting our gear ready for the spring thaw. We detail cars because we love the science of a perfect finish—from that glossy mirror paint finish to that "oddly satisfying" interior deep clean.

We have a small, private client list and we’re looking to add just 2 more steady spots for the upcoming season. We treat every car like it’s our own, right here in our driveway. We aren't a high-volume car wash—we take our time and focus on the details that matter. Because this is our hobby, we only take on a few clients a month to ensure every car leaves looking showroom-ready.
