People who own priories on Baltimore City but are: 1. out of town owners (you don’t live in the city) 2. You don’t have time to regularly check your property for code violations Fuller’s Property Management can help. I’m currently will to take on 4 (four) properties to manage which only to include: A. Property maintenance: making sure the property is cleaned and secure at all time externally. Which is to include trash removal, high grass and weeds removal and property being secured.
B. Miscellaneous bills and or Citation disputes with the city on the behalf of the owner from the time we physically start. This service will be 💲 150 weekly which includes the cost to remove the trash from the property and cut the grass, secure the property, travel expenses daily to the property for regularly maintenance checks.
