So lately I have been feeling over whelmed and over worked in both of my bsuinesses. So I set up a lunch meeting with my business consultant who revealed a harsh truth to me & that was (that I needed to stop operating as the employee and start showing up as the owner).
You see sometimes you have to get out and brainstorm with like-minded people who are building businesses to be reminded of the goals you set for yourself.
When I decided to be a full time entrepreneur I knew it would not be easy But I also didnt realize it would be this hard.
I understand that with the right guidance and structure I know things will grow accordingly.
While having lunch at RHouse with Joi Browne consulting firm we ran into another business woman creating a legacy for her family by creating Amazing baked goods & treat. Shout out to Freakin Sweet Jars. Must try desserts! 😋 The cookies are Phenomenal 💯
