Level 1 hoarding Price
Loads start at $500 per load
In order to qualify for this category: Residence
Clutter is not excessive, all doors and stairways are accessible, there are no odors, and the home is considered safe and sanitary.

Level 2 hoarding price
$650 per load
Clutter inhabits 2 or more rooms, light odors, overflowing garbage cans, light mildew in kitchens and bathrooms, one exit is blocked, some pet dander or pet waste puddles, and limited evidence of housekeeping.

Level 3 hoarding
$800 per load
Rodent infestation, kitchen and bathroom unusable due to clutter, human and animal f***s, and disconnected electrical and/or water service.

A Scrap Heads member will be happy to assist you at your residence and give you a price once inspection is completed. (Loads determined after) Deposits are required
