After:
Now it’s a complete outdoor living environment. The yard has been reimagined with purpose and style, featuring a custom pool with a rock waterfall, a clean patio layout, and a built-in fire pit that instantly becomes the centerpiece. We maintain strong relationships with many of the local Homeowners Association management companies throughout Bakersfield and Kern County, giving us valuable insight into their requirements, approval standards, and typical response times, including associations managed by Apex, MD Atkinson, Kelly Management, and many others.

Greecian Pools also oversees the complete design and planning process, including construction drawings and engineering plans prepared by a highly accredited engineering firm. In addition, we coordinate and secure all required city and county permits on your behalf.

In most cases, the entire approval and permitting process can be completed within one week.
