Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team. This position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential homes while delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities
• Perform residential plumbing service and repair
• Diagnose plumbing issues and explain solutions to homeowners
• Repairs and installations including:
• Water heaters (tank & tankless)
• Leak detection and repairs
• Faucets, toilets, disposals, and fixtures
• Water lines and drain issues
• Maintain a clean, organized service truck
• Complete job documentation accurately
• Provide honest recommendations — no pressure sales
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic smartphone and tablet skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
