1️⃣ Start a load of laundry (school clothes or work clothes)
2️⃣ Clear and wipe kitchen counters
3️⃣ Run the dishwasher or hand wash what’s left
4️⃣ Do a 5-minute toy pickup
5️⃣ Light a candle or diffuse oils and SIT for a few minutes 🧘‍♀️
