Ambitious dreams have now become a reality as the Ocean Cleanup deploys its $20 million system designed to clean up the 1.8 trillion pieces of trash floating in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch.

Today we made something very BIG! First Avon Town Community Cleanup is over! Beautiful day, more beautiful people and amazing time together! Thank you to our friends from Save Nod Road Pasta Vita Dom's Coffee E & D Pizza Company and all Avon residents who helped to start it. We are very proud to be part of such inspiring community and town. Now we are sharing couple of pictures with those who couldn’t come this time. Let’s make our town more clean and green! Mark your calendars for next year! 😉🧤♻️

Tomorrow is the big day! It’s time to refresh Avon! Join friends and neighbors for this family-friendly event to clean up roadside litter. We’ll meet at the town gazebo (near Dom’s) at noon. Bring water, gloves, and weather appropriate clothing! Dom’s will provide coffee before we head out to assigned neighborhoods and Pasta Vita will serve snacks when we’re finished! ☕️
