I only got an "after" photo of the progress, not after I got the collar on and it was all finished - but you get the idea. We couldn't find any red quilt fabric to match the original lining so I used some red suede.

Pics of a Navy jacket from the 40's. We replaced the collar, the lining, the knits, the zipper, the hand pockets, the stitching (even the circular patterns around the pockets), went over all seams, reinforced all areas and gouges I thought looked weak, and reconditioned the leather (no dye). You can see a little of the collar in the first pic.
