Commerical Laundry Repair Technician and Property Maintenance

We are looking for a skilled technician who specializes in appliance repair, along with general maintenance knowledge.

Able to troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults in all laundry equipment.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must have a clean background check.

Must provide own tools.

A company vehicle will be provided.

The hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pay starting at $15/hr. based on experience.

We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform repairs and maintain 5 laundromats (Washers & Dryers) and various rental properties. Willing to train.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Must have minor electrical and plumbing skills.
Must have a clean driving record. A company vehicle will be provided during work hours.
Every day is different, and you will never know what to expect. You must be able to work alone and be self-motivated.
Part time or Full-time position available.
$15-$20 per hour depending on experience.

1,240...that’s how many pounds of clothes we can wash at one time! 1,240! Don’t hope there’s a machine available somewhere else. We have more than anyone!
