Austin FMs: organic growth on limestone is a maintenance problem, not a curb-appeal one.
The stone is porous. Irrigation, condensate, and humidity push algae and mildew into the face. Ground washing never reaches the high band. A lift on an occupied site usually costs more disruption than the cleaning is worth.
This clip is that stain at height.
If you have a north or east elevation doing this, I can look at photos and tell you whether it needs washing, treatment, or leave-it. No site visit required to start.
