Austin FMs: organic growth on limestone is a maintenance problem, not a curb-appeal one.
The stone is porous. Irrigation, condensate, and humidity push algae and mildew into the face. Ground washing never reaches the high band. A lift on an occupied site usually costs more disruption than the cleaning is worth.

Proud to have completed exterior window cleaning at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center at UT Austin.
One of the biggest challenges on this project was the inner courtyard — an area with no practical ground access. Our drone system made it possible to clean the windows thoroughly without scaffolding, lifts, or disruption to the property.
This is a clear example of how drone technology is changing commercial exterior maintenance: safer for the crew, more efficient, and able to reach places traditional methods simply can’t.
