Toilet wouldn’t flush, and the homeowner had already tried plunging with no luck 🪠

We started by running a closet auger through the toilet, but the clog wasn’t there. It was further down the line. Normally we’d clear it from a sewer cleanout, but this home didn’t have one.

So we pulled the toilet, ran our cable machine straight into the drain line, and cleared the blockage. The toilet went back on with a fresh wax ring, and it’s flushing like new ✅

Remodeling? You only get ONE chance to fix your ductwork. 👇

Once the sheetrock is open, everything’s exposed, and in this Austin home it wasn’t pretty. Plumbing pipes are pinching this duct down to almost nothing, and we pressure-tested the system (that’s what the blue tape is for). The verdict: leaky ducts, and cooled air going straight into the walls and attic instead of your rooms.

Most homeowners won’t open their walls again for decades. Replacing ductwork now, while it’s accessible, means better airflow, lower energy bills, and a home that actually stays cool in a Texas summer.
