This position is a "floater" position, working with us each Sunday thru Thursday (5 nights a week) beginning at 8 PM at different locations within an assigned region (North/South etc., convenient to your location). We need each week to support our team with door trash pick at apartments, as well as maintaining/clearing dumpster and/or compactor areas. This is an entry level role with the opportunity to learn the properties in your assigned area, increase your workload/pay and graduate into running your own property. This person will be “on deck” for the next Night Valet job opening that comes up should you want your own property.
We service apartment communities, picking up trash from their doorstep and throwing it away in the dumpsters on the property. Easy. No large, loose or bulk items, just bags of trash/recycling and folded cardboard. This job requires physical work like going up and down stairs and carrying bags of trash so this job is not for the out of shape or lazy. It is not 'too hard or impossible' by any means so if you enjoy working out with your work at your own pace, without someone standing over your shoulder telling you what to do, it is perfect. Expect to work 1-2.5 hours each night. You will report and work directly with the Area Manager each night.
Location: We currently have an immediate position in Arbor AUSTIN, so this position works best if you are close to this location. 78759
