Most people never see the top side of a kitchen hood system and that’s where some of the biggest hazards can hide.
This grease buildup isn’t just unsanitary. It’s a major fire hazard and can also attract rats/roaches, bacteria, and bad odors inside the kitchen environment. In the event of a flare up, this grease becomes fuel for a rapidly spreading fire through the exhaust system.
After proper cleaning by our technicians, the system is safer, cleaner, and able to ventilate properly again.
National Fire Protection Association 96 requires commercial kitchen exhaust systems to be routinely cleaned to reduce grease accumulation and fire risk.
