Sometimes a repair is a bridge to a bigger project.

This Austin homeowner’s patio roof and structure need replacement. For now, they chose a targeted repair to improve protection at the connection between the patio roof, shingle roof, and chimney.

We installed larger custom transition flashing and chimney flashing, then replaced the affected roofing materials and shingles. The goal: help limit wind-driven rain getting into this vulnerable connection while the customer plans a full replacement.
