The difference between a duffel that closes and one that doesn’t is all in how you pack it. 😉

Roll clothes instead of folding them. Socks inside your shoes. Shoes in their own bag so they don’t touch your clothes. Plastic wrap under any lid that could spill during travel. And if your bag has no easy-grab pocket, clip a wristlet right to the strap.

Screenshot this before you pack. You’ll want it at 11pm the night before your flight! 🧳

A full house doesn't need a full overhaul. Sometimes it's just the one drawer, the one counter, the one corner that's been bothering you. Small spaces, handled. 👑

A day in the life of a Queen of To Do PA in Austin, part 2. 👑

Watering the thirsty plants first, then mixing fertilizer for the hungry ones. A check-in on the cutest backyard wildlife pond. Researching local cleaning companies for a client; thankfully, we have amazing recs in our Little Pink Book! Emptying an entire dish cabinet: every shelf wiped down, dishes hand-washed, dried, and put back. Last task: every air purifier filter pulled, rinsed, and set out to dry for next time.

This is what a random day looks like for a personal assistant. And somewhere in Austin, our client spent that same day doing exactly what they wanted to do, chore-free. Huzzah!

Life’s hassles, Handled. 👑

Everyone prepares for moving day. Fewer people prep for the Tuesday three weeks later when they still don't have a pediatrician, are still unpacking, or are Googling "plumber near me" for the fourth time this month at 11pm.

That's another part of a move we specialize in: helping a household rebuild an entire support system from scratch. Doctors, dentists, a vet, someone reliable to fix the water heater. We keep our own Little Pink Book of vendors we trust (and who we don't), built over 15 years of working with them.

That's the gap our relocation concierge is built to close.

Everyone prepares for moving day. There’s a budget, a date set weeks in advance, a crew.

Waaay fewer people prep for the Tuesday three weeks later when they still haven’t found a good pediatrician, are still unpacking, or are left on read by Thumbtack plumbers.

That’s a whole other part of a move that Queen of To Do specializes in: helping a household rebuild an entire support system from scratch!

We’re talking doctors, dentists, a vet, reliable contractors and vendors. We keep our own Little Pink Book (💅) of vendors we trust, and the ones we steer clear of. Built out methodically since 2011. That’s the gap our relocation concierge closes.

Parents, it's almost that time. Last year, Kate wrote her CEO Mom's Guide to back-to-school, her playbook for starting the new year with less chaos (zero chaos isn't promised, but we'll take less).

In October 2010, Kate was 26, about to give birth to her first son, about to move to Austin, and already planning the errand-running business she'd launch once she landed.

So she did what she'd eventually build an entire company around: she asked for help. She shared a survey link and friends and family voted on a name. Queen of To Do won!

Nearly 16 years later, that name belongs to a team of 20+ proud employees. Asking for help has been part of this company since before it had a name. Who would've thought?!
