Late last week, KAPT Kleaning lost our very best, and certainly our favorite, client.
Many of you knew her simply as Grammie, but she was also Ann Trudeau: a wife, mother, sister, best friend, and even one of KAPT Kleaning’s very first employees.
She worked alongside me without pay, simply because she wanted to watch me succeed. She would also tell anyone who would listen, that I cared so much about this company that I even fired my own mother to keep things running smoothly. She never did let me live that one down, though she never stopped being one of my biggest supporters either.
And, to absolutely no one’s surprise, she became a wonderful grandmother and great-grandmother. She was there for all the milestones—graduations and weddings, new babies and baptisms, and for countless ordinary moments that somehow mean even more now.
Grammie was woven into KAPT from the very beginning. Over the years, our employees and longtime clients came to know and love her too, especially those who had the privilege of caring for her home.
Her loss is felt throughout our entire team, and we are so grateful for the patience, prayers, and kindness being shown to us as we find our footing without her.
How incredibly blessed I am that God assigned her to me. 🕊️🤍
