After 18 wonderful years serving you and this community, we want to personally share an important update regarding Avail Pest Management.

First and foremost, thank you. Your trust, loyalty, and support over the years have meant more than words can express. It has truly been an honor to serve you, your families, and your homes.

We are pleased to announce that Avail Pest Management has been sold to Tyler & Charlene Clark. This decision was made with great care, and we are confident that you will continue to receive the same level of service, professionalism, and commitment that you’ve come to expect.

We want to personally assure you that we stand behind the new ownership 100%. They share the same values and dedication to customer care that have been the foundation of this business since day one.

To make this transition as smooth as possible:

All current service agreements and contracts will remain valid and unchanged
Your scheduled services will continue as usual
There will be no interruption in service
Our phone number and location will remain the same

Additionally, we will be staying on with the company for a period of time to help ensure a seamless transition and to support both the new team and you, our valued customers.

The new owners will also be implementing updated scheduling software to better serve you. As with any new system, this process can take time and may present some challenges initially.

We kindly ask for your patience during this transition period, as the new owners work hard to serve everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible.
