Employee Spotlight!

This is Kelsey and Kenzie, they’re a Momma and Daughter Duo and boy do they know how to clean offices!

Kelsey has been with us for over a year. I could recognize her for many things, but what stands out is her punctuality, and willingness to go above and beyond whenever needed. She will do extra work or pickup extra shifts anytime I’m in a bind, and you never have to worry about her shoring up and showing out!

Kelsey’s a valuable part of our team and I’m grateful for her consistency and dedication!

Employee Spotlight!

Brian’s worked for MCA for over two years now. He scrubs shop floors part time at our biggest account.

A couple of things I’d like to recognize regarding Brian is punctuality and quality. He always shows up on time and I never have to check behind him because he always does a great job!

My main guy is on vacation so I’m working a really weird shift. These 4:45am Rockstars are weird, too!

On a positive note, my guy that’s on vacation will be gone for almost a week and I’m paying him for it. As a super small business I don’t “offer” paid vacations, benefits, and etc. because I just can’t.

That being said, all my employees get paid when they take time off because that’s the right thing to do! 🤘🏻 So im getting up at 2am to come work and paying someone else for the work. Thats why I sleep good at night. Im not a grimy, greedy business owner! 🤘🏻
