We have a preschool that needs to be cleaned 5 days a week.

We are looking for an experienced janitor that will go as needed to clean, wax and
polish floors, other cleanings, and maintenance as needed. The main goal will be a
flexible position that will need to be able to work independently.

Responsibilities
 Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
 Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
 Cooperate with the rest of the staff
 Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills
 Proven working experience as a janitor
 Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
 Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
 Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
 Integrity and ability to work independently
 High school degree
