I started this company to be affordable but where you have direct access to the owner and operator doing the work for you. A text or call comes right to me, the owner operator. I know how important it is to myself when I need something immediately to be able to talk to a owner, not an artificial intelligence answering service or an operator that doesn't understand the urgency, I need quick results.I want to talk to a real human. I think of my company as a artisan specialized company for clearing sewer and drains to keep them working for people that don't want to do an expensive repair. I can do preventive maintenance, With specialized tools, extra care, extra time, and urgency that a lot of companies won't use to clear out a line. Even if there's an issue, sometimes I can keep sewers working longer for the customer, so they have time and options on their side.
