Customers in the Slanesville and Pleasantdale area are experiencing low water pressure or no water due to a leak in the area. Crews have been out since early this morning getting valves isolated. Please be patient as we navigate fixing this safely due to road conditions Once service is restored you will be under a boil water advisory until further notice. We are experiencing issues with our calling system but calls will go out.

Due to a main line break, customers from Sand Hill Road to Potomac Edison are experiencing low water pressure or no water. Once service is restored, effected customers will be under a boil water advisory until further notice. 10/25/25 7am
