Our Story
Clarity Pool Service is a family owned and operated business. With over 8 years of experience in the pool industry we know the importance of a well maintained pool. In 2017, Ken & Pam Thompson decided to begin the adventure that would lead to Clarity Pool Services. It was an unexpected opportunity that presented itself at exactly the right time.
Ken worked in the pool industry in the past so it wasn’t an industry he was completely unfamiliar with. Pam was a stay at home mom who had experience in customer service and as a office manager. With a lot of prayer and consideration we decided that this was the direction God was leading us. We have 4 kids, 2 dogs, and a bearded dragon that all definitely keep us busy.
One of our hopes is that we will be able to use this opportunity as an opportunity to make an impact for others. Ken has always prayed for clarity and over the past couple of years, God has provided just that, Clarity Services Inc. In addition to Clarity Pool Services, we also operate Clarity Leak Detection. We are blessed and thankful for each of our customers and our goal is to provide quality products at a fair price while providing superior swimming pool service in Fort Wayne & surrounding areas.
