Exciting News: New Ownership and Upgrades Coming to Auburn Car Care.

Dear Auburn Car Care Members and Customers,

We are delighted to inform you that Auburn Car Care is now under new ownership and will be rebranded as the Atwood Car Wash. The new ownership group is planning some amazing upgrades to the facility including new equipment and new finishes. The Atwood Car Wash will be a state of the art facility which will enhance customer experience and provide a cleaner car in a shorter time. We will continue with Full Service and Express Car wash options along with high end detail services. We will be providing great value member packages along with multiple wash packages to meet your budget and full-service preferences. We are planning a grand opening sometime in mid to late April 2024.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and loyalty to this family business over the years. The new ownership consists of local owners who are very active in the community. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are confident that the changes we are implementing will make your visits to our car wash the best they can be!

We will keep you informed about the progress of the upgrades and our reopening plans in the month of April. To our valued customers,

After 28 years, the news we have to share is bittersweet, but it is time for us to enjoy retirement. We are writing to let you know we have sold our business.

We have sought out buyers who are seasoned and appreciate the car wash business. They understand how to operate it properly and are capable of developing its future potential. The value in the business is created through the support of customers like yourselves, and so we have worked hard to ensure that the on-going business recognizes that customer support and processes are embedded in the underlying culture. The new owners recognize that besides the business, they are buying the goodwill that
has been created through our good relationships with our existing customers, and so they will ensure that they protect that value by working hard to keep existing customers happy.

Major changes are planned. The new owners will be completely renovating the business. We don’t know how long the car wash will be closed. However, the new owners will be seeking customer feedback to identify how additional customer value can be
created.

The business will be called Atwood Car Wash. You will see familiar faces upon reopening. The employees of the business support the sale and are positive about the future under new management.
