We, Rich and Larkin Jones, have owned and operated successful short-term rentals, ranging from vacation properties to vehicles. Learning what our clients appreciated, we started a cleaning and turnover service for property owners on 30A, and quickly realized that owners who couldn't be on-site monthly had a greater need for maintenance checks, general property care, small renovations, concierge, and organization. So, we began offering a comprehensive list of services to meet the needs of all property owners!
