For all new and existing customers. Yet again, I charge half price for last minute cancelations.
Housecleaning is my job, not unlike your job. This is a policy I have put in place to ensure that if you cancel on the last minute (under 48 hours) that I will still get some of the money I would have made cleaning that day. I clean houses for a living and it is my only source of income, if you cancel last minute, I have zero time to find another customer to take your place to ensure that I still make money for that day. My bills are not unlike yours at all, they still have to be paid, I refuse to feel selfish for asking compensation when you are literally taking money out of my pocket. If your job told you, oh you don't need to come in today and you will not get paid either, I don't think you would appreciate that too much either! Especially when you were expecting that money for that pay period.
Again, I have bills just like everyone else and cleaning homes is my job, I rely on it to pay my bills.
I personally take a lot of pride in the way I conduct my business, if I have to cancel or be gone, I give as much notice as I possibly can, I will not cancel last minute unless it is an emergency. I am proud that people can depend on me! Please show me the respect of giving as much notice as possible.

A huge shout out to Belinda L. Robinson she came out and did an Awesome job on our other house we're going to sell. You could eat off the floors!! If ANY of you need some house cleaning done SHE'S THE ONE TO CALL!!! and.... She was very patient with us having to resched a few times too😄

Just so everyone knows, I have no plans on taking off of work. I take everyones concerns seriously, I do carry products that disinfect. Please, please let me know asap if you feel the need to not have me come on my regular scheduled day.
