This gorgeous front entryway took two (planned) treatments to get clean. The bricks had over an inch of moss/mildew buildup in some areas and the mortar could not stand any excess pressure. A treatment was applied and removed and allowed to work for a week before scrubbing and applying the final treatment to remove the last little bits. The first and second pictures are before/after the first treatment, and the third picture is following scrubbing and treatment #2. I wish I could've stay to see it all the way dry.
Aggregate sidewalks can be a challenge due to spalling, so this sidewalk was carefully cleaned with low pressure and slow, deliberate sweeps. Years of age have come off in no time.
This patio area is AWESOME and it is big! The tiles surrounding the pool were cleaned with our normal treatment with great care taken not to move any dirt or chemicals into the pool and disturb the pH level of the water or cleanliness of the bottom. The living area was washed head to toe, including the furniture AND the rug! All of the dirt, grime, and pollen from life outside was removed with care to ensure that everything was replaced better than it was found and all electronics remained fully operational and intact.
Doing a job like this one with a variety of surfaces requires knowledge and care to ensure that nothing is damaged in the cleaning process, so be sure to hire someone who has both!
