One thing’s for certain, I’m definitely raising kids who understand the value of hard work. ❤️

My Buddha Boo single-handedly cleaned every single one of these trash cans tonight, and I couldn’t be prouder of him!

It’s not always about the money or the job itself. It’s about teaching them responsibility, work ethic, and the satisfaction of a job well done.

I’m raising kids who know that nothing in life is just handed to you, and there’s absolutely no shame in rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty, especially when the money is good. 😉 💪❤️

When y’all call me and I don’t answer - 9 times out of 10, it’s because I’m somewhere doing some 💩 like THIS. 🤣 👀

And it probably took me a good 10 minutes to get myself into this position, so I’m not moving until the job is DONE. 💀😂

To the Momma who made me banana bread… ❤️🍌

You know who you are…. 😉

A few weeks ago, I showed up at a client’s house a little late and a LOT frustrated.

It had been one of THOSE mornings with my baby child…

You know, the kind where EVERYTHING is on the agenda EXCEPT getting ready for school. 🙃😂

When I finally got to my clients house, I looked at her and said, “I’m sorry if I seem a little frustrated. It’s just been one of THOSE mornings with my youngest.”

Without saying a word, she raised her hands and gave me that universal Momma look of “say less”. 🙌

And we went about our morning…

About 45 minutes later, I started smelling the most delicious smell coming from downstairs.

That undeniable sent of freshly baked banana bread.

As my client was getting ready to leave, we crossed paths, and she asked if I’d like to take some home.

Without a SECOND of hesitation, I said YES! 😂

And whether she knows it or not, that little gesture meant so much to me.

She knew I’d had a rough morning with my son, and instead of offering advice, passing judgment, or saying anything at all, she offered me something I could take home and share with him.

A little something to bring us back together after a frustrating morning.

And THAT, my friends, is something special. ❤️

As a business owner, I spend so much of my time taking care of other people’s homes and families that when someone takes a moment to think about mine, it means the world to me.

Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness leave the biggest impressions.

It was never really about the banana bread.
It was about one Momma looking out for another.

Remember, friends….

🦠 LET’S TALK MOLD & MILDEW! 🧽

Did you know that mold can grow on wood, even when you can’t immediately see it? 👀

Wood is a porous material, meaning it can absorb and hold moisture, creating the perfect environment for mold growth.

MOLD DOESN’T HAVE TO BE BLACK TO BE - MOLD! 👏

It can appear white, green, gray, brown, or black, and sometimes what looks like ordinary dirt or discoloration can actually be microbial growth.

One product worth knowing about is Concrobium Mold Control! 🧽

Unlike traditional bleach-based cleaners, Concrobium is bleach-free and designed to treat mold on a variety of surfaces, including wood.

Here’s why I recommend looking into it:

🧽 Kills existing mold when applied according to the manufacturer’s directions.

🦠 Helps prevent regrowth by leaving behind a protective antimicrobial barrier.

🪵 Works on compatible wood surfaces, including certain unfinished and finished wood surfaces. Always spot-test first!

🚫 Contains no bleach or ammonia, making it an alternative to harsh bleach-based treatments.

💧 Works differently than bleach!
Concrobium uses a patented solution that crushes mold spores as it dries rather than relying on chlorine bleach.

KILLING mold and REMOVING mold are TWO different things!

Even after mold has been treated, the dead mold and remaining residue still need to be physically removed.

Dead mold can still trigger allergic reactions! 👏

BLEACH ISN’T ALWAYS THE ANSWER! 🚫

Bleach can discolor wood, damage certain finishes, and isn’t generally recommended for routine mold cleanup on porous materials.

NOW LET’S TALK PREVENTION! 👏

Mold needs moisture to grow.

High humidity, condensation, plumbing leaks, poor ventilation, and water intrusion can all contribute to the problem.

Keeping indoor humidity below 60%, ideally between 30–50%, can help discourage mold growth.

And NO product is going to permanently prevent mold if you haven’t addressed the moisture problem that caused it in the first place! 👏

Small areas of surface mold may be manageable with proper precautions, but extensive growth, recurring mold, or water-damaged materials may require professional remediation.

Don’t just spray over a serious moisture problem and call it fixed!

A little cleaning knowledge goes a LONG way, friends! ❤️

Just a friendly little reminder from one of your favorite cleaning ladies… 🚨

If you decide to drop us for the “cheaper cleaner,” and that cheaper cleaner just happens to be a former employee I let go for refusing to follow our standards, that’s entirely your choice! 🤷‍♀️

But when you find out firsthand WHY they no longer work for me, please don’t come knocking on my door expecting to get back on the schedule. 🙃😂

Because, as Cheech & Chong would say…

🎶 “You keep on knockin’, but you can’t come in!” 🚪🤣

And don’t be offended when I laugh and tell you there’s no way you’ll be put back on my schedule, because that door isn’t just closed.

It’s LOCKED. 🔒😂

There’s a reason I have standards, there’s a reason I enforce them, and there’s a reason our clients pay for the quality of work we provide.

Cheaper doesn’t always mean better, and some lessons are learned the hard way! 💁‍♀️

The BEST advice I can give you as a professional housekeeper, Mom to Mom? ❤️

START A ROUTINE! 👏

And stick to it as much as you can!

But also understand that there are going to be days when you’re so dog-tired, or life is just so chaotic, that absolutely NOTHING on that list gets done.

AND THAT’S OKAY! ❤️

Every morning, before my day starts, I TRY to knock out a few simple things:

🧽 Dishes: Wash whatever magically appeared in the sink overnight, and/or whatever didn’t get washed the night before. 🤷‍♀️ 😂

🧺 Laundry: Gather up the dirty clothes and get them to the laundry room. You don’t even have to start a load! Just get yourself to a good starting point.

Side note: I absolutely LOVE the delay wash feature on my washing machine! I can set it to start closer to when I’ll be home so the clothes aren’t sitting there getting musty before I can switch them over. 🙌

🧹 Floors: Give everything a good, quick vacuum. I’m not talking about moving furniture and cleaning every nook and cranny. Just a quick pass through the main living areas!

🏡 Quick Tidy: Fold up the throw blankets, put shoes back where they belong, straighten up the couch, and pick up whatever random things have found their way into places they don’t belong. 😂

I can typically give myself a good 45 minutes in the morning to get ALL of this done!

And trust me, those 45 minutes make a HUGE difference when I walk back through the door after a long day. 🙌

Here’s something I’ve learned after years of cleaning other people’s homes AND raising a house full of kids…

The secret to keeping a clean home isn’t spending hours cleaning every day.

It’s staying ahead of the little things before they become BIG things.

And please, don’t compare your home to somebody else’s!!!!

We all have different schedules, different responsibilities, and different amounts of chaos going on. 😂

Some days, my routine goes perfectly.

Other days, I’m just happy everybody has clean underwear and there’s something for dinner. 🤣

Your home is meant to be LIVED in, not constantly stressed over.

A little bit every day goes a LONG way! ❤️

Holy cow, y’all! 😳❤️

Let us start by saying we are completely BLOWN AWAY by the response to our post looking for help!

We never would have imagined so many people would reach out in less than 24 hours! 🥹

We want to make sure everyone gets a fair opportunity, so we’re taking the time to go through each email and message.

Over time, those layers attract dust and dirt, creating that stubborn, sticky buildup that regular wiping doesn’t always remove.

🧽 A few things worth knowing:

✨ Stove k***s and the areas surrounding them can collect grease and residue.

✨ Oven handles are high-touch surfaces that often get overlooked.

✨ Control panels and the spaces around switches can accumulate buildup over time.

✨ The longer grease sits, the more difficult it can become to remove without extra time, attention, and the proper cleaning methods.

✨ Regular maintenance helps prevent buildup from turning into a much bigger cleaning project.
