Rinnai RL75i are great units but I see a ton of these installed in new construction homes that are badly undersized or installed incorrectly.

This unit is giving the customer “Code 10” (air supply / exhaust blockage), which is only giving the customer 2-5 minutes worth of shower time. It’s a very common code for this model and the RL95i series.

To correct this issue a deep cleaning of the burner assembly is a must with a new flame rod kit and flushing.
