Kitchen and Dining Area:
Cleaning and disinfecting appliance exteriors, counters, and cabinets. Clean window areas surface and cleaning glass. Sweep and mop floors. Bathrooms:
Clean and sanitize sinks and toilet. Clean tub or shower base, inside and out. Clean and polish all metal surface tissue holder and towel racks. Clean all glass mirrors. Detail baseboard, sweep and mop floors. Laundry Room:
Wipe washer and dryer, sweep and mop room. “No washing and Ironing”
Bedrooms:
Wipe and dust all bedroom furniture. Clean glass mirrors. Vacuum and sweep and mop. Make beds if needed. General Cleaning:
Dust and polish all furniture. Wipe and dust lamps, pictures frames and ceiling fans. Wipe and dust all surfaces windows, ledges, blinds and baseboards. Feather dust light fixtures. Wipe all doors and light switches and other mostly use areas. Empty and clean trash receptacles. Vacuum, sweep and mop. Special Cleaning Projects:
Clean inside of refrigerator. Clean oven inside. Clean windows on the inside of home. Clean and organize basements. SPECIAL SERVICES:
- Shampoo rugs. {The fee will be based on the number of rooms}
- Refrigerators, ovens, windows, from $15 to $30 per service.

INITIAL CLEANING:
We charge a one-time rate for all initial cleaning. We do not know how much work is needed until we see your home. The size and condition will determines how long it take to clean. MANTENANCE CLEANINGS:
Takes much less time than your initial cleaning and cost less because your home has been thoroughly cleaned and simply needs maintenance cleaning. COST OF SERVICES:
The fee is based on the number of rooms to be cleaned, how often we clean and if any pets with the amount of people living in home. PAYMENT METHOD:
