One thing I urge my people to do is check your apartment or home prior to moving in! EVEN if the agent says it was cleaned. Many complexes claim to clean before your move and they DON’T or at least not The Down N Dirty Way!

I wish I had taken before pictures (that’s my mistake) but please double check your place as these office managers will take your money…upfront at that, without providing a good through clean prior to move-in….unacceptable! 🚫🙅🏾‍♂️

We got it all worked out for our client. Now, they are happy, safe, and relaxed and their freshly cleaned apartment. 🙂🧽🛀
