Wasps in the yard. Ants in the kitchen. Spiders creeping in from the garage.

Summer has a way of reminding you that pests don't take a vacation.

The good news: neither do we.

One Pest Authority plan covers your home: inside and out, pest by pest, season by season.

No juggling multiple services. No "we only handle that one." Just comprehensive protection from the name that means it: The Authority.

To the dads who check the deck before letting the kids run out.

Who mow the lawn even when it's 90 degrees.
Who "take a look" at whatever's buzzing in the bushes even when they probably shouldn't.
Here's to the dads who take care of everything — and the ones who know when to call in backup.

Happy Father's Day from all of us at Pest Authority.

There could be wasps on your property right now. Here is where they’re hiding:

- Under roof eaves and overhangs: One of the most common residential spots — nests can grow large before they're even noticed.
- In dense shrubs and hedges: Low-hanging branches and overgrown bushes create perfect protected cavities for paper wasps.
- Inside wall voids and soffits: You might only notice this when wasps start coming through a gap in the siding. By then, the colony is well established.
- Underground: Yellow jackets nest in the ground — often in abandoned rodent burrows. These are the ones that catch people by surprise.
- On commercial properties: Dumpster areas, patio overhangs, HVAC equipment housing — commercial sites have a dozen nesting spots most operators never check.

Pest Authority technicians know exactly where to look. Schedule your summer inspection.

A wasp nest near your restaurant patio isn't just a nuisance.

It's a liability to your customers and your employees. Someone with a bad allergy could be at risk. Or even just lost business with a one-star review waiting to happen.

Pest Authority works with food service operators to:
• Inspect and identify active nests before season peaks
• Treat and remove safely — without disrupting service
• Set up recurring monitoring through summer

Your patio should be a feature, not a liability.

Let's talk commercial pest protection.

At Pest Authority, we are proud to use products and pest control methods that are EPA-registered

This means:
- It's been tested for human and environmental safety
- Exposure risks to kids and pets have been specifically evaluated
- Environmental impact, including runoff and soil, has been assessed

Your kids can play in the yard. Your dog can roll in the grass. Your garden is protected.

We didn't just pick products off a shelf. We work with safety data and science to make sure what goes on your property is as safe as it is effective.

Don't wait until you have an ant problem. Try these 3 things to keep ants out of your kitchen. ??

𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱.
Ants don't need much space. Check around window frames, door sweeps, and the gaps where pipes enter the wall. A bead of caulk goes a long way.

𝟮. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀.
Ants scout for food AND water. Fix dripping faucets, dry out the area under your sink, and don't leave standing water in pet bowls overnight.

𝟯. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹.
Once ants find a food source, they leave a pheromone trail for the rest of the colony. Clean counters with a vinegar-water solution to disrupt the scent path. Move pantry items to sealed containers.

These three steps stop a surprising number of minor ant problems before they escalate.

But if you're seeing ant scouts daily, finding them near multiple entry points, or noticing trails that keep coming back, that's a colony that's established nearby and needs professional treatment to address the source. Our Revolutionary BARRIER 360 system prevents ants from entering your home.

Here's why calling a pest company once a year, or only when you see something doesn't actually work.

Pest populations don't operate on your schedule. They operate on:
- Temperature shifts
- Moisture and rainfall patterns
- Seasonal breeding cycles
- Structural vulnerabilities in your home

A one-time treatment handles what's visible right now. But the eggs that haven't hatched yet? The scout ants that just found a new entry point? The rodents that will look for warmth in October? Those don't care that you had service in March.

Effective pest control is about breaking cycles.

Reactive pest control is expensive and exhausting. Proactive pest control is a plan that runs in the background while you live your life.

The best kind of pest control is the kind you never have to think about.

Here's how Pest Authority's recurring protection plan actually works:
1. We assess your property inside, outside, yard perimeter, and identify current activity and entry points
2. We build your treatment schedule around the seasons and what's active in your region
3. We show up on schedule, you don't have to remember to call
4. Between visits, if something comes up, we come back. That's included.
5. As seasons change, our treatment focus shifts with them, so you're always protected against what's active right now

Set it up once, and we handle the rest.
