Red clay stains on your brick? You can’t get rid of the stains using just water and standard chemicals. Red clay in the south is a big issue for your brick due to all the dust and dirt thrown up over time because you have to treat it like a rust stain. Discoloration on your home? If it’s black it will more than likely be black mold growing on your home. You may also have algae as well. These are results from a previous house wash we provided. I can’t tell you how much of a difference it makes. We also plan to offer a carnuba wax coating this next season! This will help prevent your vinyl siding from oxidizing in the heat of the summer.
