Today we had a rental property owner contact us about an invoice she received from a tenant and concerns that the carpet was still dirty. After asking for a copy of the invoice, we quickly discovered that the invoice was not from American Carpet Cleaning and had been created independently. From the photos sent to us, it was also clear the carpet had not been professionally cleaned.
