We’re hiring! ✨

Ruby Cleans AVL is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented 1099 contractor to help with Airbnb / vacation rental cleanings in the Asheville area.

This is a gig position with pay set per project, ranging from $75–$125 per property, depending on the size and scope of the clean.

A typical day would include 2–3 cleans, a few days a week. Schedule varies. All cleans must be completed between 10 AM–4 PM, and Friday–Sunday availability is preferred.

This is a great fit for someone with cleaning experience or a background in the service industry who can work independently, follow a detailed cleaning guide, and take pride in creating a clean, guest-ready space.

Detailed checklists are used, and photos of completed work are submitted for quality and consistency.

We’re hiring! ✨

Ruby Cleans AVL is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time 1099 contractor to help with Airbnb / vacation rental cleanings in the Asheville area.

This is a flexible gig opportunity, but all cleans must be completed between 10 AM–4 PM, with Fridays and Sundays being our busiest days.

Pay is per project, averaging $25–$33/hr, depending on the property and efficiency.

This is a great fit for someone with cleaning experience or a background in the service industry who can work independently, follow a detailed cleaning guide, and take pride in creating a clean, guest-ready space.
