We're hiring! Looking for dependable and honest candidates who are driven to succeed. We are seeking to hire future leaders for Sunshine Window Cleaning who want to make the most of this opportunity.

- Monday-Friday day shifts with weekends and holidays off

- Will be on your feet most of the day while exploring different areas of the Asheville area

- Must be willing to work on ladders ranging from 2ft-32ft

- Must be reliable, responsible, proactive, professional, and driven

Pay starts at $15/hr
$1000 sign on bonus (paid after 90 days of employment)
Our lead staff makes $25-$35/hr

Once the necessary skills are mastered and you have proven yourself a leader, pay switches to commission or $18/hr base. Most leads make $175-$225 daily. If driven the lead position can be attained within 3-4 months.

No previous experience is needed, but experience with ladder work is a plus and may lead to quicker advances in pay. The job is manual labor and requires you to be on your feet for a large part of the day. Pay is $12-$15/hr with an opportunity for commission.

Sunshine Window Cleaning is excited to be back to work, but we are taking it slowly and working in a limited capacity. As of right now we are only cleaning exterior windows, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. We will NOT be entering our clients homes yet unless they have been vacant for 3 or more days and are empty. For vacation rentals, the house will need to be cleaned before we enter. Sunshine Window Cleaning is hiring! We are looking for an office assistant for 24-30 hours/week at our office located in the Montford area. Pay is $12-15/hour with supplemental health benefits. Sunshine Window Cleaning is a small, local and growing company that serves residential and commercial properties in the greater Asheville area.

This position requires someone who is organized, communicative and driven. This can be a fast-paced job and a basic understanding of computers is needed. Some of the tasks involved with this job are:

Some of you may have seen on the news that we’re dealing with an unfortunate situation here at Sunshine. In the early hours of Monday morning, several fires were started in the Montford area, one of which destroyed two of our vehicles and equipment. Even though it's a challenge to work through such a senseless act, we are still in business and ready to go clean some windows! We’ll be back to new in no time.
