In this case, 1970's wood paneling throughout...sealed and painted with two coats of good quality Behr Ultra Pure Premium...doors sprayed with semi gloss white to match the painted trim,casings and baseboards. Ceiling tiles made clean and fresh with flat white paint. Total cost...$600 including caulking in all trim pieces and paneling joints for a smooth even finish.
