These guys have been working hard this Fall and most importantly I can always count on them to show up when they say they will. Because of that, we're taking the afternoon off to watch GOD's Country alumni, Jaden Norby play some football!

My view this morning! Even though the calendar still says it should be Winter, the ice season is over. We'll be firing on all cylinders the first part of April assuming the weather allows. As you can see, Spring letters are on the way! See you all soon!

This made my whole year and reminded me why I do what I do... A long-time customer of mine sent me this in the mail late last week. I had completely forgotten about the start of all this. I can't exactly remember when these were made, but I'm thinking it has to have been about 20 years ago? I remember my Mom helped me make them at the time. She was a computer teacher. I am grateful for all of you from those who have been with me from the beginning, all the way to those who are still getting to know my crew and I. I appreciate the opportunities to continue helping you all enjoy your lake properties year after year. Thank you!

Work days are typically Thursday and Friday evenings as well as Saturdays and Sundays beginning after Labor Day. Starting pay from $20 to $25 per hour depending on reliability and availability. 2nd half of Spring letters going out tomorrow! I don't think we'll be working by next weekend, but I do believe there's a chance we'll see some open water by the weekend after! We'll see what Mother Nature says! Last year we pushed in the first dock of the season on March 28th. Appears we'll be at least a month behind last year's pace and possibly a week later than the average start. Regardless, we'll see you all SOON!!

Some of you may remember the significance of this post to me as I have posted similar before. This is a picture of one of the crabapple trees that sits in our front yard. I am sitting here admiring this tree in full bloom which signals that spring is here for sure and that we are officially done with our Spring installs!! Whether I subconsciously know when this tree will bloom, or it somehow knows when we'll be done, either way, these two things have coincided at the exact same time every Spring I've been doing this. I can't thank my crew enough for their consistent hard work in hitting our timing from start to finish the exact same year in and out. This Spring has been one of the most challenging and frustrating yet, but this tree proves to me that we are continuing to do what we always do year in and out regardless of the situations we face. Thank you all for your business! Thank you to my amazing crew and please thank them yourselves if you see them on the street! Enjoy your Summer and we'll see you all after Labor Day!

Boys are working hard today in the cold! Last year we were almost done at this time, but please have patience and remember that this is more of an average year for ice-off. We'll be to your place soon! Just know we're doing our best to get things done!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from GOD's Country!! This about sums up the craziness and busyness that 2021 brought, by spending Christmas in the plow truck! Grateful for my helpers tonight!
