Let's talk LVP. First pic is floor before i started. This is a 3 stage lvp clean buff I did for a customer here in arnold this week, the floor was dull, had surface scuffs, sap, old adhesive and water ring stains, when I was done it looked almost brand new. LVP and vinyl floor products in general are extremely porous, and do not mix with steam, they hold a ton of soil and if cleaned incorrectly are prone to premature failure. The importance of getting these floors serviced is huge, because unlike hardwood you cannot screen and refinish them. Take care, Keenan @ Ridgeline Carpet Cleaning
