Excel Cleaning Welcome to Excel Cleaning! People matter. Homes matter. The work we do has purpose. Excellence is our core value. So in practice, we show up on time.

Our Story

I started house cleaning to help with some urgent family needs with no intention of making it full time. After cleaning the first, second, third and fourth house, I realized that my clients were extremely satisfied with my services and based on their feedback, I started having second thoughts on making it full time. While making money is important, meeting our clients’ needs is even more important. We exist to create a clean, peaceful work environment for our clients and build long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and meeting those needs with integrity and professionalism. It is “the quality of being outstanding or extremely good.” We have a reason why this core value is first and we take it very seriously. We work hard and complete our job fully and to the best of our ability every time. We don’t cut corners or skip work. After meeting our client’s basic requirements, we go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

Meet the newest member of our family LIBERTY!!!😍

Where I come from, keeping pets at home carrying and playing with them like this is not common. But working in my clients’ homes is changing everything! The more I interact with their dogs, the more I fall in love with them.
Now look at me now a dog mama😍from enjoying other people’s dogs to bringing one home.

Please what’s the name of this species if anyone here can help me😀friends ask me the name I say I don’t know I’m not used to dogs and still to check🤣🥰

My post asking, “How do you make sure each item goes back to its exact original position after cleaning?” attracted so much attention! Thank you all for sharing your recommendations. ❤️😍

The following day, I went to my client’s house, and this is how I handled the countertop as you can see in the video, this is the method I use I most of the time to ensure items back to their original positions. I change sometimes depending on the level of build up.

I asked a client some years ago, “Is there anything special you would like me to clean this time?”

She said, “Just the regular cleaning and anything your eyes catch.”

Well, this is what my eyes caught today! 😊
It’s the little details that make a big difference!

Some clients want you to be extra careful with their surfaces, while others want you to get in there and scrub! Scrub! Scrub!🤩

I have one client who would never want to see me using water and a brush like this on her baseboards or anything wood.

But this particular client? She wanted her house spotless! As long as I was getting the results, she didn’t care which scrubber I used. No spot or buildup left behind!

That’s why it’s important to understand each client and respect their preferences.

BIG THANK YOU to Michelle Denise Savannah Lyn and everyone else who recommended lifting this lid! 👏🏾👏🏾 It makes cleaning under the stove so much easier! 🙌🏽😍

Are there any cleaners here who didn’t know this stove lid could be lifted? ✋😀

If my client hadn’t told me this during the first cleaning that this is just the nature of the floor I would’ve kept scrubbing and scrubbing, hoping to see a transformation and wasting my time! 😂

As cleaners, seeing the transformation is one of the things that motivates us. That satisfaction alone can make you want to clean the whole house! 😍
