🚨 Cleaning Business Policies – Please Read 🚨
To set clear expectations and ensure fairness, the following policies apply to all services:
🧼 Scope of Cleaning
• Cleaning improves cleanliness — it does not restore damaged, deteriorated, or compromised surfaces.
• Rooms that require repainting, sealing, or other restorative work will not appear perfectly clean, even after a thorough cleaning.
• Stains, odors, residue, and discoloration caused by smoke, chemical exposure, heavy grease, prolonged neglect, or environmental contamination may not be fully removable without repairs or renovation.
🧽 Severely Impacted or Neglected Properties
• Homes with extreme conditions, long-term buildup, smoke damage, chemical residue, pest issues, or excessive grime require deep or specialty cleaning.
• Results vary based on surface condition and material integrity. Perfection is not guaranteed in these situations.
• Additional time, labor, or charges may apply once the condition of the property is assessed.
⏰ Scheduling & Access
• The property must be accessible at the scheduled time (keys, codes provided, utilities on).
• Lockouts or inaccessible properties may result in a fee.
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged.
💳 Payment Policy
• Payment is due the day of service.
• Card payments may include a processing fee.
• Non-payment will result in refusal of future services.
🐾 Pets & Safety
• Pets must be secured if they interfere with cleaning or pose a safety concern.
🧹 Time vs. Results
• Pricing is based on the condition and scope of work, not just time spent.
• Efficiency reflects experience — not reduced effort.
📸 Documentation
• Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation and quality assurance purposes.
